P3 TIPS Mobile App- Download the free iOS or Android TipSoft application to anonymously submit tips to law enforcement agencies and receive alerts about important city related information​.  The P3 TIPS application lets citizens send anonymous tips directly from their smartphones. Citizens can attach photos and video to submissions in P3 TIPS for easier identification of suspects and incidents.  Tips submitted to Crime Stoppers could get you a reward of up to $1000 in the US.
